These Terms govern use of the PlexWizz platform, operated by PlexWizz, LLC (Delaware, USA).
PlexWizz is a software platform for digital-marketing agencies and their business customers: client management, marketing-data reporting, lead and booking management, client portals and related tools. Access is provided per agreement with each customer; self-service registration may be closed.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions taken under your account. Agencies grant PlexWizz access to third-party services (e.g. Google) via their own accounts and remain responsible for having the authority to do so for the client accounts they connect. Businesses connect their own mailboxes and payment providers from their own portal.
Your data remains yours. The platform provides per-tool disconnection, data export, and complete erasure as described in the Privacy Policy. PlexWizz uses customer data only to provide the service — never for advertising and never for sale.
You may not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or the policies of integrated platforms (including the Google API Services User Data Policy and advertising platform policies); attempt to access data of another tenant or business; probe, disable or overload the service; or upload malicious code.
Integrations depend on third-party services (Google, Meta, payment providers, messaging providers). Their availability, quotas and policy decisions are outside our control; we pass through their requirements where applicable.
Where fees apply, they are set out in the applicable order or plan. Taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlexWizz's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or endanger the service. Customers may terminate as set out in their agreement; the data-erasure and export rights in the Privacy Policy apply on exit.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
