Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PlexWizz, LLC ("PlexWizz", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the PlexWizz platform — software for digital-marketing agencies ("Agencies") and their customers ("Businesses").

1. Who we are

PlexWizz, LLC is a Delaware (USA) limited liability company. Contact: support@plexwizz.com.

For the data an Agency or Business brings into the platform (their clients, leads, bookings, mail), they are the controller and PlexWizz acts as a processor operating under their instructions. For account and billing data of our direct customers, PlexWizz is the controller.

2. Information we process

  • Account data — names, email addresses and login credentials (passwords stored only as salted hashes) of platform users.
  • Agency marketing data — reporting data from services the Agency connects (see §3), stored per client for dashboards, analysis and reports.
  • Business operational data — leads, contacts, conversations metadata, bookings and payment records the Business manages in its portal.
  • Technical data — logs and security telemetry needed to operate the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data for advertising.

3. Google user data

PlexWizz integrates with Google services only after the user's explicit OAuth consent, requesting the minimum scopes needed for the feature:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Business Profile (Agency-side): read access to the accounts the Agency already manages, to sync reporting data into its dashboards; offline conversion uploads and reviewed campaign changes are performed only on the Agency's explicit instruction. The grant is made with the Agency's own Google account and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Gmail (Business-side): a Business may connect its own mailbox to read and answer customer conversations inside its portal. PlexWizz accesses the mailbox live: messages remain in the Business's mailbox and are not stored on our servers (only short-lived delivery caches that self-delete). We never use mail content for advertising, profiling or training; no human reads it except with the Business's explicit permission for support, or where required for security or by law.

Limited Use disclosure: PlexWizz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How data is protected

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for credentials and OAuth tokens (AES-256-GCM); strict tenant and business isolation enforced at the application and database layer; role-based access control; audit logging.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored credentials/tokens immediately.
  • A Business may export its data (CSV) and may trigger complete erasure of everything it owns on the platform from its own portal (a 7-day cancellable grace period applies); after erasure only the Agency's own invoices remain, as required for legal/accounting retention.
  • An Agency that leaves the platform has all of its data deleted.
  • Google user data is never retained beyond the life of the connection that provided it.

6. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors strictly needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, payment processing chosen by the customer), each bound to confidentiality — and never with advertisers or data brokers. Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the user-facing features described here, or as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data — contact support@plexwizz.com. Users of an Agency's or Business's services should contact that Agency/Business first, as the controller of their data.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
