Access & ownership

How access works

PlexWizz never asks for your passwords and never owns your data. Access is something each party grants from its own door — and takes back the same way.

1

Agencies grant their own access

An agency signs in to Google with its own account and grants read access to the accounts it already manages. The grant can be revoked anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions — independently of us. Campaign changes happen only after explicit staff confirmation.

2

Businesses grant their own access

Each business connects its own mailbox and its own payment accounts from its own portal. Credentials are encrypted at rest; mail is read live and never stored beyond short-lived, self-clearing caches. Every connection has a disconnect that deletes stored credentials immediately.

3

Leaving is real

A business can export its data at any time, and its owner can trigger complete erasure — with a 7-day cancellable grace period. Afterwards only the agency's own invoices remain, kept for legal accounting retention. Deletion is enforced by database integrity rules.

Who gets access

PlexWizz is application-based — we work with a limited number of agencies, selected for seriousness rather than size. Full respect for our policies and our partner platforms' policies (Google, Meta) is a condition of staying.

1

Apply

Tell us about your agency and how you work with your clients' businesses.

2

We review

Our staff looks at the work itself — the care, the standards, the results. Not the client count.

3

Private walkthrough

A private walkthrough where we show the full system — functionality, operating model, everything the public site doesn't show — and answer every question.

4

Welcome aboard

When it's a fit, onboarding starts — with documentation, tutorials and meetings for every part of the operation.

Our commitments

  • Minimum scopes — we request only the access a feature needs, nothing more.
  • Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • No customer data is used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers.
  • Tenant and business isolation is enforced at the application and database layer, with role-based access control and audit logging.
